this tall Egyptian man came to the oupatient clinic with her mother walking slowly by his side..


doctor : what's da problem?
tall man : do something on her.. she's sick..
doctor : no, she's not..you are sick..
tall man : no, i'm not~
doctor : yes you are..


he was a very tall man with da appearance of Acromegaly..
he may look normal to people, but not a doctor..
n he was also diagnosed as having Thyrotoxicosis..
but 'ammu' ( pakcik), thanx for helping me during da round examination..you were so cool..
